The LGL-160 Long Gun Light Kit is a complete weapon lighting system for your rifle, carbine, or shotgun. Made of 6061-T6 aluminum and hard anodized black, it features a super-bright LED rated at 1100 lumens with a 2-hour runtime. Designed around a high-efficiency deep parabolic reflector, the LGL-160's tightly focused beam reaches out to 300 meters. The light comes installed with a standard tail cap switch and reversible thumb-screw Picatinny mount. It can alternatively be mounted with the included offset Picatinny mount, providing flexible options to clear front sights and other mounted equipment while allowing easy support hand activation.
Both the tail cap switch as well as the included 6" remote pressure pad/switch feature momentary or constant-on modes. The kit also includes an RPS Picatinny rail mount and Nightstick-exclusive wire management rail clamp to prevent cable snags.

LGL-160 is Super Bright and comes with Multiple Pic Attachments!
This light is very bright, comes with the remote switch (on/off and pressure-activated combined pad), standard on/off optional battery cover, off-set pic rail bracket, straight pic rail bracket, pic rail switch holder, optional 3M velcro, pic rail wire management cover, 2 different hex Allen wrenches, extra screws, and 2 CR123 batteries. I wish it had a low-profile M-LOK (or Keymod) pressure switch mounting plate, like Nitecore and Magpul (MAG617) offer. It’s easy to setup and the light can be used on or off of the firearm. I bought this light from my local gun store for a little over $100, after a military discount. I have it mounted on a RIA VR80 Gen 2 semi-auto 12 gauge shotgun, modified with a full-length carbon fiber M-LOK hand guard. It works well, once I purchased a separate 6” M-Lok pic rail to mount the power switch pad closer to the light (the pressure pad cord is a little short for the barrel length). The light is similar build quality and size to my ExtremeBeam M1 Scirraco.
Pros: Lightweight, Multi Application, Common battery type, Cost & Quality, Bright light good quality built, Small batteries for storage
Cons: Battery Life, No strobe - if you care, one brightness level, no M-lok mounting plate for the pressure switch, short pressure pad wire for long barrels.
Best For: personal carry, home defense (rifle / shotgun), Tactical Rifle and Shotgun
